1. 이용약관동의
이 약관은 안심방문서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용 조건 및 절차에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정합니다
제1조 (목적): 본 약관은 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경): 본 약관은 서비스 이용 화면에 게시되며, 이용자가 '동의' 버튼을 클릭하는 순간 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 공지 후 효력이 발생합니다.
제3조 (서비스 이용): 이용자는 본 약관에 동의함으로써 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 방문자는 방문자용 서비스를, 거주자는 거주자용 서비스를 이용하게 됩니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무): 이용자는 서비스 이용 시 허위 정보를 입력해서는 안 되며, 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제5조 (면책 조항): 회사는 천재지변, 서비스 점검 등의 사유로 인해 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 손해는 책임지지 않습니다.
위 이용약관에 동의합니다.
2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집 및 이용합니다.
1)수집 항목: 이름, 전화번호, 소속, 방문사유, 방문 유형, 프로필 사진
2)수집 및 이용 목적:
- 서비스 제공: 방문자 정보(이름, 소속, 방문 사유 등)를 거주자에게 제공하여 방문자 확인 및 알림을 위함
- 본인 확인: 전화번호 인증을 통한 가입자 본인 확인
- 서비스 개선: 방문 기록 분석을 통한 서비스 기능 개선 및 사용자 경험 향상
3) 보유 및 이용 기간: 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 동의 철회 시까지 보관합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 기간까지 보관합니다.
개인정보 수집 및 이용에 동의합니다.
3. 제3자 정보 제공 동의
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공 및 이용자 편의를 위해 아래와 같이 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
1)제공받는 자:
- 거주자: 방문자의 이름, 소속, 방문 사유, 방문 유형, 사진 정보 등
- 소속/계약 업체: 방문자가 해당 업체의 종사자/계약자인 경우, 방문자의 방문 기록(방문 시각 및 위치) 등
2)제공 목적:
- 방문자 정보 제공: 방문자 정보를 거주자에게 전달하여 방문 사유확인 및 알림을 위함
- 소속/계약 업체 제공: 업무를 정상적으로 수행하고 있는지 확인을 돕기 위함
3)제공 항목: 이름, 전화번호, 소속, 방문 사유, 방문 유형, 방문 기록, 프로필 사진
4)보유 및 이용 기간: 해당 서비스 이용 기간 및 동의 철회 시까지
위 제3자 정보 제공에 동의합니다.
For Visitor
1. Agreement to Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions)
This agreement outlines the fundamental conditions and procedures related to the use of the Safe Visit Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service’).
Article 1 (Purpose): The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and the user regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Agreement): This agreement is posted on the service use screen and takes effect the moment the user clicks the 'agree' button. The company may amend the agreement as necessary, and the amended agreement will take effect after public notice.
Article 3 (Use of Service): The user may use the Service by agreeing to this agreement. Visitors will use the visitor service, and residents will use the resident service.
Article 4 (User's Obligations): The user must not enter false information or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Article 5 (Disclaimer): The company may temporarily suspend the Service due to force majeure, service inspection, or other reasons, and is not responsible for any resulting damages.
I agree to the above terms of use.
2. Consent to Personal Information Collection and Use (Privacy Policy)
The company collects and uses the following personal information to provide the service.
1) Items Collected: Name, phone number, affiliation, purpose of visit, visit type, and profile photo.
2)Purpose of Collection and Use:
- Service Provision: To provide visitor information (name, affiliation, purpose of visit, etc.) to residents for visitor verification and notification.
- Identity Verification: To verify the user's identity through phone number authentication.
- Service Improvement: To improve service functions and enhance user experience through analysis of visit records.
3)Retention and Use Period: Personal information is stored until the user withdraws from the service or revokes consent. However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, it will be stored for the specified period.
I agree to the collection and use of my personal information.
3. Consent to Third-Party Information Provision (Third-Party Information Provision)
To ensure smooth service provision and user convenience, the company may provide personal information to third parties as follows.
1) Recipients:
- Residents: Visitor's name, affiliation, purpose of visit, visit type, photo information, etc.
- Affiliated/Contracted Companies: If the visitor is an employee or contractor of a relevant company, their visit records (visit time and location), etc.
2)Purpose of Provision:
- Visitor Information Provision: To deliver visitor information to residents for visit verification and notification.
- Provision to Affiliated/Contracted Companies: To assist affiliated companies in confirming their employees are performing their duties correctly.
3)Items Provided: Name, phone number, affiliation, purpose of visit, visit type, visit records, and profile photo.
4) Retention and Use Period: The duration of service usage and until consent is revoked.
